Digital Persona U.are.U 4500 fingerprint scanner driver not detected on TIMS portal Chrome v124

Anyone assisting clients with NTSA biometric capture having issues where the browser plugin doesn't detect the Digital Persona scanner? Works fine on Windows 10 Edge in IE Mode, but on Windows 11 it fails.
