eCitizen GavaConnect: M-Pesa STK Push deducted KES 1,050 but invoice status stuck on Pending
Client came to renew a Good Conduct (Police Clearance) Certificate. We paid KES 1,050 via eCitizen STK push (Paybill 206206) with account number as the invoice reference. M-Pesa message received with confirmation code `SI84KD92L`, but eCitizen dashboard still shows 'Awaiting Payment' after 45 minutes. How do we force Pesaflow to verify without double-charging the client?
